30 अप्रैल 2019 को, सागर ई शॉप प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने पैन इंडिया नेटवर्क लिमिटेड के खिलाफ एक याचिका दायर की, जिसमें आरोप लगाया गया कि कंपनी ने इन्सॉल्वेंसी एंड बैंकरप्सी संहिता 2016 की धारा 7 के तहत 1,60,39,093 / रुपए की सीमा तक भुगतान करने में डिफ़ॉल्ट किया।
1 सितंबर 2018 को, पैन इंडिया नेटवर्क लिमिटेड ने सागर ई शॉप प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के साथ एक ऋण समझौता किया, जहां उसने प्रति वर्ष 18% ब्याज दर पर 2,25,00,000/ रुपए की सीमा तक लोन का अनुरोध किया, साथ ही 30 अप्रैल, 2019 तक लोन चुकाने की बात कही। पैन इंडिया नेटवर्क लिमिटेड ने क्रेडिट सुविधाओं का लाभ उठाया, लेकिन बकाया राशि चुकाने में विफल रही। पैन इंडिया नेटवर्क लिमिटेड को कई पत्र और रिमाइंडर भेजे गए, जिनका उसने कोई संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं दिया, जिसके बाद कंपनी के खिलाफ याचिका दायर हुई।
सागर ई शॉप प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा प्रदर्शित लेजर अकाउंट में स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाया गया कि याचिका में दावा की गई राशि लेजर अकाउंट के अनुरूप है। दोनों पक्षों को सुनने के बाद, कॉरपोरेट डेब्टर के लिए उपस्थित दक्ष काउंसिल ने स्पष्ट रूप से देयता और डिफ़ॉल्ट को स्वीकार किया और याचिका दायर करने पर कोई आपत्ति नहीं जताई।
पैन इंडिया नेटवर्क लिमिटेड को प्लेविन के संचालन को रोकने के लिए मजबूर किया गया और परिणामस्वरूप लॉटरी ड्रॉ तुरंत समाप्त हो गए। कंपनी ने अपनी वेबसाइट और सोशल मीडिया पर अक्टूबर 2019 में एक संदेश पोस्ट किया, जिसमें कहा गया: “तकनीकी समस्याओं के कारण हमारे ड्रॉ को बेचने के लिए कॉन्फ़िगर नहीं हैं। हम जल्द ही आपको अपडेट करेंगे।”
