1 सितंबर 2018 को, पैन इंडिया नेटवर्क लिमिटेड ने सागर ई शॉप प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के साथ एक ऋण समझौता किया, जहां उसने प्रति वर्ष 18% ब्याज दर पर 2,25,00,000/ रुपए की सीमा तक लोन का अनुरोध किया, साथ ही 30 अप्रैल, 2019 तक लोन चुकाने की बात कही। पैन इंडिया नेटवर्क लिमिटेड ने क्रेडिट सुविधाओं का लाभ उठाया, लेकिन बकाया राशि चुकाने में विफल रही। पैन इंडिया नेटवर्क लिमिटेड को कई पत्र और रिमाइंडर भेजे गए, जिनका उसने कोई संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं दिया, जिसके बाद कंपनी के खिलाफ याचिका दायर हुई।
